How Much Do You Really Need to Load an Athlete?

Athletes can be overloaded s that tissue can be weak and unrdeveloped, or it can just be overworked in general. It's almost like shore term versus long term tinking. I believe in most team sports, kind of maneuvring your way through the long term in short term perspectives is very important. So oftentimes you can't take them off the field, off the court, et cetera. That is just too important at a certain level. And than what happens over time is you don't load them less and less and less, before you know hit, they truly get hurt.
