The us. Navy does a freedom of navigation operation in the south china sea. In particular, it is seen as pushing back against China's expansive sovereignty claims. The united states does not support toman independence. That's the official policy. And we don't necessarily say we would defend tian if china is attacked. We effectively treat you as an independent government. But i am frustrated sometimes that we'realways playin defence against things chinese do.
