If i were in your shoes, what would i do? You are right, it is tough to tell people who are talking a good game from the people who are actually good. I would only work with someone on a real small, sort of test drive basis. Have them make a promise and keep it. Ye ithink that oul ave bea a reasonable strategy, i think. It's like, i'd rather hire somebody who can get on bace every time, not someone who's always swinging for the fence. But you know, maybe tha's just me.
