Are There Any Tell Tale Signs That You're Not Competent?

During the interview process, we're all always going to show up a little less a ecishremote messy than we would want to. So we'll ask questions to kind of see if you can, you know, ask maybe emotionally charged questions and see how people respond. There's definitely some, some interviewing techniques that we have to try to sort out. But more than anything else, what you're looking for is somebody that's in to be a votable in work on themselves.
