i always thought that if i could meditate and actually be able to think all my thoughts and why i'm thinking about things, and control my emotions. That's always what i wanted to get out of meditation. So i feel like doing something a little bit more a physical or in nature. Some kind of chanting is going to be good. If you can control your emotions, int's on the left hand, becaus supposed to be close to your heart, then you're completely in control of your life.
