The Camp Train Endurance Track
I'm a 30 year old military guy with probably the training age of forty, due to the years of running city miles. We have a unit fitness standard that involves treading water for two minutes, into swimming 500 meters,. rocking five k with 35 acilos for time, then straight into mac's dead lifts at a hundred, 65 pounds. That's followed by a different day fitness test with mostly shuttles, burpeys, sandbag lifts and weighted drags. My question is how would you approach these annual fit standards in a programming sense?
