We had a chef Ryan Hardy who makes incredible sourdough bread and he shared his recipe. It is the healthiest bread. We can help you out there. Yeah, I'm going to try the test kitchen recipe next, but I'll totally check that out. And it's like just sort of a something I've just accepted is that going just slowing down a little bit is sometimes really beneficial. Boredom is productive. But it is a f weakened state of mind.
