The game is about finding out what conditions are so you can avoid fulfilling them and dying. It abandons that pretty quickly and then turns into a sort of more straightforward like detective style story. I was really hoping for it to lean more into like the hopping around the story flowchart style thing that, you know, the zero escape games did so well. The phone is a good way of experiencing this.
Consider this your official warning: If you haven't finished Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom yet, you might wanna just give this one a skiperoo until later -- unless you don't care about that kind of stuff, of course.
