Danny Cevallos: The film is very much an artist's manifesto. I mean, it's literally about the writing process and about what it means to be an artist. Did you almost feel as if j d salinder was with you at times? It's more of for me trying to and an, it's not exclusive jade salunder 's all my characters. Write all my characters, no matter how small the part is, as i'm just trying to get in the head space of that character's point of view.
