How to Use All Purpose Flour in Your Breads

All purpose flour is called plain flour in the UK and Australia. It's generally 9 to 10% protein, while normal bread flour is 10 to 13%. All purpose flour isn't ideal for breads because it can't develop that gluten network. But you can use it in your breads if you don't put as much water in them. And if you want to give your bread more strength, you can add in vital wheat gluten which will help.
