Blaming Is the Only Way to Establish a Shared Moral Understanding

I think it's a perfectly sort of benign, useful, transitory method. So long as it doesn't flower into hideous rasontemar vanitci and kind of resentful grudge-holding. Do you think that blaming is the only way to establish this shared moral understanding? I mean, if we all just responded to each other's wrongdoings by calmly pointing out reasons, there would be no drama or subject matter for theatre.
