Is This Going to Be Legal?

It's been a crazy week of the ion bill, the infa structure bill and how to pay for this incredible spending. And in the course of one week, we've seen a the tax proposals flip, i think, multiple times, to ones that have never been tested and may not even be legal in the united states. All of this to try to pay for these bills, while so much money has been poured into the system that, you know, nfts and stocks are going through the roof.
