How to Estimate a Team's Capacity
There's a couple of things about the estimates I found hard over my career. It's really hard to have an estimate for something that's universal across people's experience, you have to like come together as a team and figure out what is your team capable of in a timeframe. And all of that is why estimates are hard because like, how do you estimate how long pairing is going to need to happen for someone to become super efficient? Like, that's not a thing you can really estimate because it's humans and learning.
