Is the Shared Objective a Good Idea?
You can follow a particular metric rather than going to that stuff. So, yeah, as long as you had access to the same scorecard and then you set the assignees, you could in a sense both be followers of that metric. There's an acceptability threshold of how many key results were, were completed within that timeframe. Then there's like stretch or I think there's a different name for where you're essentially doing your innovation,. Where bucketed in here are a bunch of key results towards driving towards that overall objective. But it's not necessarily, it takes more time from a team from people to actually achieve those things.
