How to Host a Home Based Airbnb

The one thing with with the money is the time investment. If you have a full time I'm not saying you can't do it but just be realistic right in the amount of time that it's going to take and it is going to go on for some time. My husband and I like to buy properties that need renovations and then they'll become Airbnb so like right now we're working on the renovation aspect we're getting down to the wire. This will be my fifth technical Airbnb personal so I already kind of have a system down which we're hoping we can just share these things with you so you can save on some time and maybe even some money.
