There's nothing wrong with marketing a drug that does kill a certain number of people as long as you're honest with people about what the risk is right. Merck knew what the risk was and it didn't tell anybody so it was marketing a headache bill and it knew caused heart attacks. These companies are the same companies that brought us the opioid epidemic which is killing 56 000 Americans a year more kids than died in WWII.
