Is There Any Validity to the Five Love Languages?

There's not a tremendous amount of science so I don't know sort of how firmly to take that stand but there's not nothing. It is also just a very useful construct in the therapy room where people can really appreciate that different people express their care in different ways and want to receive care in different Ways. So then we talk about this metaphor of language is okay you speak english and you speak Hebrew and you can learn to speak one another's languages. You're never not gonna have an accent and it's never gonna be your primary language because you're only learning it in your adulthood so it's not gonna feel flawless.
