The Importance of Honesty in Plumbing

Our society is composed of many overlapping hierarchies of that type almost all of them base to some degree on competence and usually a competence that we collectively agree upon is a form of competence. As soon as you produce that hierarchy you inevitably produce a hierarchy of talent because it turns out that no matter what pursuit you pursue, there will be an unequal distribution of talent. If you're going to survive for any length of time you also have to treat your customers with a certain degree of decency and respect and honesty.
