What's the Biggest Mistake in the Muscle Arena?

Dr. Buckner: One study doesn't typically carry that much weight on its own to change a whole lot of things. Shorter rest periods are more beneficial for hypertrophy because you want to take advantage of the metabolic byproducts. Four sets to failure produces what I believe is a maximal muscle growth response, but there's anything better than that.
