"I don't think I have any planners from when I met my husband. Unfortunately, I did have planners then, but they're gone," she said. "The thing about planning is you want to be thinking about that tree back in 20 years ago and the only way you can do that is now." She says it's been a new challenge working with a team instead of just managing herself.
