The Fed's Report on Runnable Money
The only big risk now that would make treasuries fall in value a lot would be where it's about default. And the other part of the financial system that the feds report spends a bit of time looking at is what they call runnable money. So for example, a money market fund is something which generates a small return on capital and it invests in very safe things or previously safe things. The idea of runnable just means that people flood out of an asset class very quickly.
