Sharks Can Glow in the Dark
A few different types of sharks are able to produce green and blue light. The glow, called bi illuminescence, comes from thousands of light producing cells in the shark skin. Researchers think that sharks use this ability to camouflage themselves from preditors below. For one thousand there's no fin left to lose.
