Scott's Call to Lacey
Lacey and her sister Amy had ordered a fruit basket for their grandad. Scott said he would pick it up the next day but got stuck in holiday traffic. He called Lacey at 2.15 on Christmas Eve to say that he wouldn't be able to make it. The message was left with no contrition or awkwardness, just chirpiness. 'It seems rehearsed and incredibly cringeworthy,' says presenter Hannah Tisdall.
