I Love Science Fiction, but I'm Not a Fan of Speculative Fiction

I definitely have this tendency to think that my brain is in charge. It's the cultural bias. Seeing this book, I detected like the cyberpunk influence. But for me, what's really important as a writer is the conversations that Rustem is having with himself over how to be a moral person. That kind of drifts a little bit away from all the time, but I would say my favorite authors are Patricia Heismann and William Shakespeare.
