Herschel Walker will be going to the United States Football League. The USFL is planning on playing in eight NFL locations, and all of the new franchises will be sharing stadiums with national football league teams. Rosell wasn't worried at first. He was sure no college senior would pick a new untested league over the NFL. But then, the USFL draft happened; one by one, highly touted college seniors signed with the new league.
