"I've been the person who looked at other people and tried to copy them exactly. And it never worked out until i just started using what i thought those things as a guide of where i wanted to be," he says. "What happens is, is people get caught up in trying to copy this one concept or this one person...and they lose the ability to actually let their gifts sprout."
