Shadow Work - Uncovering the Junk Closet

Shadow work is all about uncovering the junk closet. It's like looking inside and seeing what's in there, opening the door, releasing what isn't serving us. Like loving the aspects of ourselves that we used to get shamed for as little kids and told that we were too much. If you ignore your shadow and you don't do the integration work, our shadow only gets bigger and starts to cause issues in our lives. And so we go from living our lives from this superpolished personality of ours, essentially to be accepted by society, to the true selves that we actually are.
