Rey: I want a the way in which this is done is very different. It's a powerful intention, but a very light holding of it. So one of the intentions is for me to hire four more coaches this year. And so i'm not going to be actively reaching out every three seconds to try and figure out where i'm going to get em from - that's too restrictive. In the process of setting intent and committing to it, and then aligning the rest of te or thought life and patterns of behaviour around that,. it knows what you want. It gives it a mission to go on.
