The e-lancet planetary health diet was in the realm of zero to 28 grams a day or something like that. We came up with a target number of about half of that about 14 grams a day. It's a tiny amount yeah that's amount to about one hamburger a week which is very consistent with a traditional Mediterranean diet or many traditional diets around the world.
