How to Get Out of the Cage of Suffering

We start to free ourselves from the many forms of bondage that we have attached to ourselves, bondage to society, to family, to our mind. It doesn't mean that one retreats from the wor d and abandons the world. What it means is that, rather than always feeding your own false self, you start to think seriously about the good of others. The difficulty here, firstly, is learning to do that. This requires enormous effort. One instant of inattention like that, and we fall asleep again,. hypnotized by the ego, by the personality.
