Musk's Lawyers Accuse Twitter of Breaking Another Covenant.
Elon Musk has announced that he plans to back out of the deal to buy twitter. He claims several breaches of the murger agreement. His lawyer complains that twitter only provided a p d f copy of goldman sax's final board presentation, not the raw power point an excel that i guess elon wanted.
