The Toxicity of the Disease in the Republican Party

I just think that though people say that they want someone else to run again. I don't think they want RFK Jr to be the person running. Otherwise, he would be polling higher than 2%. What they want is for a generic Democrat who isn't Biden and doesn't have Biden's obvious disadvantages or infirmities. Maybe there is an ideological component to that, though it's a little hard to tell. Voters are savvy enough to understand that some of the things that people were saying about Biden toward the end of the election cycle in 2022 were in fact correct. They know she's pretty much going to weigh down a ticket, not boost it.
