What Is an Apparatus?

Koopa: Agamben's work on the apparatus allows me to put at stake the metaphysical content that constitutes what becomes the norm. He says underneath these normalizing powers is not just a longstanding discourse about the body, but in fact humanity's relationship to its own content.
