The Saddest Polar Bear on the Planet

Polar bears live only in the northern hemisphere. Those 25,000 are in 19 distinct populations in just five countries,. including the United States. There's a polar bear in China, in a mall in China that has a zoo. I signed a petition last night to free it. Do petitions matter? Do they make a difference? Uh...
