Right now it's only a web app. We hope in the future that like this stealth address tech, like the stuff that underlies Umbra will also be integrated in wallets so that users can use it directly in the wallet. But right now we don't have a desktop app. It's probably something that we should explore some time in the future. So if I want to receive payments with Umbra, the first step is go to Umbra, click setup, and it'll say submit this transaction.
