So it requires great strength of character to self overcome and overcome. The external standard that he uses is life, and ultimatelyis life itself. Determines what's valuable. An ascetic values are anti natural and their anti life. And e mean, or it's one clue to things, which is that to level his critique, he needs some external standard.
