How to Find the Best Technical Engineers in an Organization

It's really kind of dependent on how you go through that behavioral interview experience to really understand their ability to show these traits. This is sometimes when people are probably too not too technical, but they're some of the best technical engineers. They focus too much on technology and not focus on the business problem that you're trying to solve. And especially in a SaaS world, it's more important to think about this way right? You don't care what's happening behind the scenes as long as you get a great experience, as long as your problem gets solved. So it's less about the technology and it's more about the problem that is being solved.
