Vitalik Buterin: We have a huge moment that we can look at as like a truly historic moment over the past couple of years, which is the shift in Ethereum towards the roll up centric roadmap. The super chain is a bunch of L2s coming together and saying, we're going to build together and we are going to scale together. This is what it all comes down to. It's about taking a bunch of these ropes, which are and other L2s, which are necessary if you want to reach global scale but not fracturing all the user base.
