Dwight eisenhauer was a two term republican president, hero of world war. Yet the conservatives of the time did not like him for being too anti-communist. There is also the question of foreign policy. And so for those two reasons, the conservatives were very critical of dwighteisenhauer and his vice president Richard nixon.
