The Crusade of Leopold
King Richard has very little patience with people getting above what he considers to be their station. Leopold was basically the only Germanic crusader of any status at all left hanging around. As a mere duke, he's very much not of the calibre of King Richard and King Philip. From that moment onwards, he's off Leopold's Christmas list for good.
