The report said the officers told the man to turn off his car and the began to conduct a sobriety test halfway through the test. The report said the man made a face of shock, grabbed his rear end, dropped his pants, his ankles and began pooping on the rear of his car. So DNR said the man was arrested at that point and taken to a hospital for a blood draw while being transported by police.
