Justin Jones's Sentence in 2022
Justin Jones pleaded guilty to second degree burglary, attempted murder, unlawful carrying of a pistol, and manufacturing and possession of drugs. Casey Manning sentenced him to 15 years in prison. State representative Todd Rutherford submitted a motion to reconsider the sentence. The request specifically requested a hearing on the matter. It does not say what new information Rutherford had discovered that might change Manning's mind about Jones's sentencing.
