CNN's John Sutter says most Americans don't know their money is being used to vote for policies that they oppose. He asks: Was my money used in favor of a racial equity audit at Apple or a emissions cap at Chevron? Most people won't tell him, but he'll be almost certain to find out the answer was either directly or indirectly - and you can move your own money much more effectively if you realize it.
