You are at risk of someone using your information. This applies to again, you know, everybody that their information is being sold on the dark web associated with this organization associated with this compromise. They have birth dates and social security numbers. If you don't have a credit freeze in place, they have enough information to open up credit cards in your name. You definitely want to be able to be proactive in your defense measures on this.
