The Law of Non-Contradiction
Aristotle taught us that a proposition cannot both be true and false at the same time. It can't be both a square and a circle, it's analytically true. There are still no unmarried bachelors. This is what we call the law of non-contradiction. Flamingos may or may not exist after me and you expire. Humanity may expire and flamingos go on and they may not. We don't know.
