Lindsey is the first female leader of Teamsters Local 399. She was born and raised in Detroit, where her father worked for a union. Lindsey says she wanted to be a teamster but moved to Hollywood after working on Michael Bay's "Island" Her new job as business agent has allowed her to stay close to labor movement.
