Federated Hermit's Steve Sheffron says there are opportunities for this rally to go longer and higher than you would expect. We didn't want to jump on the tech train in the beginning of the year, but we decided to do it internationally. But again, this is a rally that we're dating. It's not necessarily one that we're marrying, at least not yet.
