Some big retail stores are considering letting people keep items they want to return While still giving them a refund What does this say about the true cost of returning some things? You know, the cost goes way beyond the price tag And not buying a thing is letting it go in advance So I prefer to not return things. As you don't want that Casper Mattress They'll come donate it to your local donation warehouse Then you can just go buy it back for like $50 instead of the $1000 you spent on it. It incentivizes bad behavior That is one of the knock-on effects of inadvertently changing your process.
