Is It a D Dimeh or a D-Dimer?
We very rarely, very rarelyd dimer is done at triagour usual process is thata set of bloods, including a clotting. So the sort of patient that we think probably should just go straight for imaging, and rather than relying on a d dimeh could be falsely negative. It's not a perfect system, but it's brilliant in terms of providing the individual with the information should they want to explore it. Or if they've got the head space one week and not the head space the other then theyl they'll do it, you know, 50 % of the time. That is a meansan that thatter. I've never really heard of anywhere doing that
