The Chinese Government Wants to Control Information That's Given to Citizens

The idea goes like this, that international financial institutions sort of pushed a lot of economic reforms on to african dictatorships. And what that did is it took chunk resources that were controlled by the state and put them in the hands of private untriers who then used those resources to finance opposition parties. Nyiu: It has that same general feel that when that finance leaves the hands of the state and that big chunk of money goes elsewhere, it can actually be helpful for opposition.
